My brother Stephen was the oldest of three children. He was  loving, compassionate, honest, a man of integrity. Our world was torn apart the night that he was killed in a head on collision.
I have spent the last six years asking for an independent review of the prosecution and trial of the driver who killed my brother.
Hopefully it will be a landmark case to bring about the change that is needed i.e. the right for victim legal representation and the right of review where prosecutions have failed

My fight for justice continues

In July of 2016, Brake launched the Roads to Justice campaign. This brought together many friends and families who have lost loved ones to a criminal driver but felt that they never got the justice that was deserved. One woman who blogged about her experience was Vivienne Craske. In the latest Brake blog she provides an insight into continually striving to get justice for the loss of her brother.

We never got any justice for my brother

Monday 11 July saw the launch of Brake’s Roads To Justice campaign outside the Houses of Parliament which brought together many families who have lost a loved one to a criminal driver but never got the justice they deserved. In this blog; Vivienne Craske writes about the lack of justice for her brother Stephen, who was killed in a head on collision six years ago.
