boycrossingroadIf you are a member of parliament or helping to lead a council, you will be aware that road safety is a very important local concern and that road deaths and injuries devastate communities. Get involved in our campaigns to stop the carnage on our roads and provide better support for families bereaved and injured in road crashes. Visit our campaign pages for information about our work in parliament and government. If you want advice or help from Brake in support of your local campaign or parliamentary activity in support of road safety, contact our campaigns team by emailing Ellen Booth at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. If you work for a trade union that represents people who drive for work purposes or who drive to and from work, then you are ideally placed to support our at-work road safety campaign. Join our Fleet Safety Forum, or attend our fleet conference giving you valuable information about best practice road risk management that should be followed by employers to protect staff and the public and demand that employers you work with follow this information.

Consider making a noise about road safety in Road Safety Week.

Do you organise social events for trade union members or other political groups, such as dinner dances or get togethers? Consider holding one of your events in aid of Brake; we are reliant on public support to fund our charitable work caring for victims of road crashes and campaigning for safer roads and traffic reduction.
