On Sunday 21 November it is World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims. There will be events happening throughout the country. Visit www.roadpeace.org

While we take time to remember all the people who have been needlessly killed in road crashes, it is also important to remember that there is a lot we can do to prevent more people dying.

In respect for the World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims, Brake begins National Road Safety Week the day after, Monday 22 November. Road Safety Week is an educational campaign week aimed at preventing more deaths and injury on the road.

Anyone who has been affected by a road crash can call the Brake helpline for support on 0845 603 8570 or visit www.brake.org.uk/victim-support
