ADIs are in the privileged position of influencing the next generation of drivers.
Sign up to Brake's Buddy ADI scheme, helping to promote Brake’s acclaimed 2Young2Die campaign, which aims to stop deaths and injuries caused by young drivers by emphasising the importance .
All Brake Buddy ADIs receive a free pack of 2Young2Die driver safety resources from the charity to discuss with, and pass on, to your clients, on key topics incuding the dangers of speed and drink and drug driving, and a guide on overtaking written for young drivers by Ideas4ADIs in association with Brake.
See below for the main messages of the 2young2die campaign.
All Brake Buddy ADIs also receive a free subscription to Brake's Road Safety Forum for one year. This means you receive our fortnightly e-bulletin Target Zero, keeping you up to date with road safety news, and discounts to our conferences and regional seminars on road safety. You are also entitled to a year's half-price subscription to ADI News, courtesy of ADI News.
All we ask in return is that you ask your next 25 clients to pay £1 more for just one of their driving lessons as a donation to Brake and in return for their resources from Brake (or more if they want to). You then make a minimum £25 donation to Brake in return for your next stock of resources for young people from the charity. This means the scheme is entirely self-funding by your clients on an on-going basis.

Coleman Flaherty, Coleman School of Motoring, Norwich, says:
“The resources provided by the Brake Buddy ADI scheme have been invaluable. The scheme is a great idea because it is self-funding and I know the funds I have already raised since signing up are helping to sustain Brake’s educational work and helping my clients stay safer.”
With thanks to Ideas4ADIs, ADI News, Alcosense, PassYourTestOnline.co.uk and Driving Test Success for their support of the scheme. If you represent a driving school and wish to become a corporate partner of Brake, helping to fund our crash prevention work and our support of bereaved and injured families, find out more here.
