Cycling's great if safeBrake says: kids shouldn't cycle on roads unless they are 11 or older, their route isn't plagued with fast traffic and narrow lanes, they have passed an on-road cycling course, their bike is in full working order, and they are wearing a visi vest and a helmet. If they can't cycle safely, campaign for separate cycle paths and 20mph limits in your town! |
