Natalie - our Angel

  • PDF

NatalieNatalie was killed on January 18th 2009, aged just 21.

She leaves behind her Mum, Dad, her two little sisters, three older brothers, and a younger brother; as well as her beautiful nieces and nephews; lots of cousins and many more Aunties and Uncles………..as well as all her fantastic friends.

Natalie died with her best friend Ashlie and another mate Terry. They were travelling in the back of a car. The car hit a tree. All three died instantly.

Natalie, was a shy innocent beautiful person who cared so much about other people. A true star!

They say memories are golden
well maybe that is true.
I never wanted memories,
I only wanted you.

A million times I needed you,
a million times I cried.
If love alone could have saved you
you never would have died.

In life I loved you dearly,
In death I love you still.
In my heart you hold a place
no one could ever fill.

If tears could build a stairway
and heartache make a lane,
I’d walk the path to heaven
and bring you back again.

Our family chain is broken,
and nothing seems the same.
But as God calls us one by one,
the chain will link again.

It’s been a while since you left us for a better place.
The time doesn’t heal the pain,
it doesn’t get easier.
We just learn to cope with the fact that you’ve been taken from us,
and your never coming home……….

Love you always Natalie, forever in our thoughts every second of the day!

Your cousin Roberta xx
