Police Family Liaison Officer Awards 2021
Brake's prestigious Police Family Liaison Officer Awards celebrate and recognise the outstanding achievements and support provided by police FLOs, and showcase best practice in supporting families after a road death or serious injury.
We welcomed nominations from peers and families who have received outstanding support from a FLO following a road crash.
Awards will be made in the following categories:
- Outstanding Officer Achievement Award
- Award for Excellent Longstanding Service
- Family Award
For the Outstanding Officer Achievement Award and Award for Excellent Longstanding Service, we welcome peer-nominations from police colleagues.
For the Family Award, we welcome nominations from families who have received outstanding support from their FLO.
The deadline for entering the Police Family Liaison Officer Awards 2021 has now passed. Award winners will be invited to attend a digital ceremony in September 2021.
“We’re delighted to be sponsoring the Brake Family Liaison Officer Awards again. It is an important event that honours and acknowledges the amazing work of a remarkable group of police officers. It is work that is often unsung and is done behind the scenes with quiet dignity. Their support for families going through the toughest of times is vital. Well done to the nominees and the winners. You are all extraordinary.”
