The individual will have provided significant contributions to victims’ families, and have gone above and beyond, going the extra mile to support those bereaved through road crashes.

Nominated individuals should also be passionate about exchanging developments in best practice, and dedicated to sharing updates with Family Liaison Officers within their force. They will be passionate about ensuring that all families in their force area are provided with an excellent service, and will have encouraged or developed innovative approaches to support families.

Evidence should be provided of the individual’s exceptional professionalism and compassion.
