This could include an officer who has gone the extra mile to ensure families have access to appropriate support, showcasing how they have worked with other organisations effectively in a case. Nominated individuals should have shown effective communication skills which recognise the trauma faced by individuals. This could be in particularly complex cases for example.

Nominated individuals should have shown continued excellence in providing support, and entry forms should reference best practice in liaison.
