Fundraising helps us deliver our campaigns, produce new resources and support road crash victims.

As well as supporting a worthy cause, fundraising helps children understand the concept of helping others and empathise with those less fortunate than themselves.

Wear your stripes

A dress-up day is a fun and easy way to get the whole school involved in fundraising for Brake. You can choose any theme you like but keeping it simple can be the most effective, and the most popular with parents and carers! We suggest wearing stripes like our mascot Zak the Zebra as it's a great way to tie into a road safety theme. We can provide free posters to download and display across the school, as well as a template letter to send home.

Bake for Brake

Grab your aprons and make some delicious treats to sell during or after school! Everyone has had baking fever this year so make the most of it and host a bake sale for everyone to enjoy. Get the whole family involved in making cakes, biscuits and treats and tie it in with a Wear Your Stripes day, or a school event, fete or disco.
