National Road Victim Service

Brake’s National Road Victim Service is the specialist, accredited, UK-wide national service for road victims, delivering day-one onwards case-managed care for anybody who has been bereaved or seriously injured in a road crash or supporting a road crash victim.

  • Clinical lead – to support service resilience and operational improvement from a clinical perspective, including monitoring risks to safe service delivery, identifying opportunities to improve impact and efficiency, and helping ensure client outcomes are achieved before case closure.
  • Deputy service delivery lead – to support the leadership and operational delivery of Brake's National Road Victim Service, helping to ensure strong people management, consistent service delivery, quality standards, safeguarding, governance and contract performance across teams and processes.
  • Regional caseworker – to provide emotional and practical support to families that have been bereaved or injured in road crashes. We have caseworker roles available in the South West, South and Central (Surrey/Hampshire) and Scotland.
  • Serious injury caseworker (Devon and Cornwall) – to provide emotional and practical support to families or individuals that have been seriously injured in road crashes.
