DPD and National Highways
DPD Group worked with National Highways (formerly Highways England) during Road Safety Week 2019, to share road safety messages with children.
They presented assemblies to over 300 children in the Midlands, raising awareness of road dangers, the benefits of walking and cycling, and how they can Step up for Safe Streets.

During Road Safety Week 2022, Bolt Burdon Kemp held a Bake for Brake fundraising event at their office. They chatted with colleagues about how Brake helps road victims, and raised funds to support Brake's work.

Arval UK
Arval UK ran tyre-safety checks at their offices during Road Safety Week 2021. This highlighted how regularly checking tyres can reduce breakdowns and improve fuel efficiency.
To share Road Safety Week with their wider community, Arval UK’s executive members recorded video messages to inspire employees, while their community partners created road safety videos for their online followers.

Scottish Water
Regional sponsors Scottish Water worked with Brake to promote road safety to over 4,000 staff, five million customers and the wider public as part of their commitment to care for the environment, with a series of events at their major sites across the country.
Sandy Duff, driver safety manager for Scottish Water, said: “We operate a large fleet across the whole of Scotland and we are committed to road safety. We are delighted to be supporting Road Safety Week 2019 and want everyone to get involved and do their bit.”

KwikFit
Road Safety Week 2019 sponsors Kwik Fit produced flyers to remind drivers to carry out regular vehicle checks before every journey. During the week, they partnered with SafetyKleen to offer free winter vehicle checks and encouraged drivers and staff to keep their vehicles as safe as possible.

Water Direct Ltd
During Road Safety Week 2021, Water Direct worked with their staff to make sure their driver training was up to date. They ran quizzes throughout the week to cover different aspects of training, sharing resources on social media, as pictured.
The employee with the highest score at the end of the week was awarded a prize and a nomination as a road safety hero.

City Sprint UK Ltd
Throughout Road Safety Week 2022, City Sprint shared road safety statistics and information with their couriers and drivers. They ran quizzes for their drivers and offered the winners a road safety kit.

BCS Group
Throughout Road Safety Week 2022, Barnhale Construction Services (BCS) took time to discuss the dangers of using a phone while driving.
To fundraise for Brake, they held a static Bike-a-Thon, where employees challenged themselves to see how far they could cycle in 10 minutes.

DHL
DHL sponsored Road Safety Week 2022, and they took their heavy goods vehicle (HGV) simulator to Stoke-on-Trent and Wellingborough. DHL invited the public to experience what it’s like to drive an HGV, and practise emergency braking and reversing.
Using the simulator helped people understand blind spots of lorry drivers, and how stopping distances change with speed and vehicle size.
