Any Data used by such parties is used only to the extent required by them to perform the services that Brake requests. Any use for other purposes is strictly prohibited. 4.2 We use secure payment providers, (Stripe and Paypal) to process your donations, course bookings and shop purchases. For regular donations, either monthly or annual, our Stripe integration allows you to give us permission to initiate a series of payments on your behalf. The amount you set will be taken on the same day of the month that you made the first payment (if a monthly donation) or the same day of the year (if an annual donation). You should receive email receipts from Stripe to confirm these payments and you can contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01484 559909 to speak to a member of the team about your regular donation.
5. Changes of Business Ownership and Control
5.1 Brake may, from time to time, expand or reduce its business and this may involve the sale of certain divisions or the transfer of control of certain divisions to other parties. Data provided by Users will, where it is relevant to any division so transferred, be transferred along with that division and the new owner or newly controlling party will, under the terms of this Policy, be permitted to use the Data for the purposes for which it was supplied by you.
