Willmott Dixon Ltd is a construction and building services company with more than 3,000 vehicles in its fleet. TTC Group is a driver training and compliance organisation that conducts licence checks and delivers driver awareness and improvement courses to fleets.

TTC Group and Willmott Dixon have worked together since 2021, when Sareen Dhillon was appointed Gorup Fleet Compliance Manager at Willmott Dixon. At the start of their partnership, the organisations worked to compile data in Continuum, a driver training and risk management platform. Having licence, MOT and business insurance checks in one place, alongside employees’ digital risk assessment tests, allowed TTC Group’s algorithm to suggest insights and interventions to reduce driver risk.

The continued partnership between TTC Group and Willmott Dixon will see them use Continuum for driver training, which can be adapted to each individual’s needs. It will also be used to monitor driver compliance with licence, MOT and insurance requirements.

From 2021 to 2023, new offences committed by fleet drivers fell by 46%, driver-related company car own-fault claims have fallen by 51%, and 183 high-risk and apprentice drivers have completed on-road caching to reduce risk.

The Fleet Safety Partnership Award, sponsored by AXA UK, was presented to TTC Group and Willmott Dixon at the UK Fleet Champions Awards 2024. The award celebrates the partnership of a fleet service provider or operator with another organisation that has delivered the most outstanding results to improve fleet safety.
