Through the partnership, Simpson Millar will provide funding to support Brake’s work helping bereaved families and injured road crash victims, while campaigning for safer roads across the UK.
Simpson Millar’s specialist road traffic and catastrophic injury teams will also take part in Brake’s campaigns and initiatives throughout the year to help raise awareness of road safety.
The partnership reflects the law firm’s commitment to supporting people whose lives have been changed by serious injury through no fault of their own, helping them secure the compensation needed to fund rehabilitation, specialist equipment and long-term care following serious road collisions.
Ross Moorlock, Brake’s CEO, said: “We are delighted to welcome Simpson Millar as an Associated Partner. The funding provided through this partnership will help us to continue our work supporting people whose lives have been torn apart by road crashes. We look forward to working together towards our shared goal of making roads safer for everyone.”
Michael Goddard, business development manager at Simpson Millar, added: “Every day, lives are lost or changed forever because of road crashes. Through our work we see the devastating impact these incidents have on victims and their families.
“We’re proud to be partnering with Brake to support the vital work they do, both in caring for people affected by road collisions and campaigning to make our roads safer for everyone.”
